The 2010 APSIPA Annual Summit and Conference will include 4 to 8 tutorials in the following four areas: Signal Processing (including 3-D image/video processing and speech/audio), Communications, Computer/Information processing, and Circuits and Systems/VLSI.

Each tutorial proposal should contain the following information:
• Title of the proposed tutorial
• Names/affiliation of the presenters (including a brief bio and contact information)
• An introduction (maximum 1 page), including the importance of the topic, the
objectives of the proposed tutorial, and a brief outline of the main target audiences
• A presentation outline (maximum 2 pages), and an indication if there are multiple
presenters, and how the presentation will be shared
• A list of any special equipment necessary for the presentation, and to state if such
equipment is to be supplied by the conference organizers

Submission of Tutorial Proposals
Prospective tutorial presenters should submit proposals via email to the Tutorial Session Chair (franti@cs.joensuu.fi) by May 21, 2010. Proposals will be evaluated by the Tutorial Session co- Chairs based on the relevance/significance of the topic, potential interest to the conference attendees, the balance of the topics across the technical areas and quality of the overview tutorial.

Notification of acceptance of tutorial proposals is scheduled on July 10, 2010.
